British Columbians dazzled by northern lights this week...

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says there's a good chance the aurora borealis will be putting on shows all week.

It comes after a series of solar flares were released, with the Earth just happening to be in the path of the radiation storm.

Even people in southwest B.C. were dazzled by the northern lights on Monday and Tuesday. 

Its aurora viewline webpage shows a high likelihood of an aurora borealis being viewable for nearly all of northern B.C. this week, with a somewhat lower chance further south in southwest B.C. and Metro Vancouver.
