A woman has been arrested following a fight in Charlie Lake, just north of Fort St. John, last week.

Fort St. John RCMP say officers were called to the area of Highway 97 and Kaps Avenue around 8:50 a.m. on June 19 after reports of a disturbance.

Police say their investigation determined one of the people involved was in breach of a court order. A female suspect was arrested and taken into custody.

Mounties also say a side-by-side involved in the incident was towed from the scene after officers were unable to confirm ownership.

No further details about the fight or potential additional charges have been released.

RCMP have not said whether anyone was injured.
