Video of Lambert was submitted to CJCD TV News. The clip shows Lambert speaking to a crowd about violence against women. In the clip Lambert said, “I’m a warrior. When you raise your hand to a woman and you threaten them. You know or you abuse them, mentally, psychologically or emotionally, you’re allowing your spirit to be idle. You’re allowing the oppressors to win. Their original intention was to kill the Indian inside”
CJDC TV News spoke to Lambert however he declined to comment on the story. It is important to note that none of the allegations in this story have been proven in a court of law.
