Environment Canada is warning of extreme cold to most of the western part of the country and snow storms for many from coast to coast.

In Northeast British Columbia, prognosticators say be prepared for snow, blowing snow, and windy conditions.

The temperature overnight is expected to plummet to minus 26 with a wind chill factor of minus 30 this evening,  and minus 39 overnight.

With conditions like that, there is of course the risk of frostbite.

Old man winter continues it's grip into tomorrow (Tuesday) with periods of snow & blowing snow over southern sections in the morning.

Temperatures on Tuesday are expected to top out at about -24 with a wind chill factor of -38.

Bundle up!.
