Another round of heavy snow is expected today.
Snow flurries will persist until this afternoon. in the Fort Nelson and B.C. Peace River area's.
Another frontal system will bring a heavy band of snow continuing through this morning for most areas and lasting until this afternoon for communities near the Rockies. Snowfall amounts of up to 20 cm are expected near the Rockies and in the eastern part of Fort Nelson.
Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Allow extra time for travel. If driving, turn on your lights, slow down and maintain a safe following distance.
