Three charged in Watson Lake after police seize firearm, drugs...

Whitehorse, YT – Watson Lake RCMP have charged three individuals after a house search last week led to the seizure of a firearm and suspected cocaine.

The search, conducted on Oct. 3, was connected to a Sept. 13 report of threats and firearm pointing in the Ravenhill Drive area.

Jarret Munch, 47, and Justin Stone, 35, both from Watson Lake, are charged with possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. Eric Brooks, 23, from Fort Nelson, B.C., faces charges of pointing a firearm and uttering threats.

The investigation is ongoing, and Watson Lake RCMP are looking for witnesses.
